We are a passionate organisation and only charge minimal costs for our packages. Young people are at the heart of our business and support will be provided based on the level of need identified in the referral.

Package 1

Group supported living

Service offering a group-living, communal environment. This package comes with a minimum of 5 hours of floating support a week plus a sleep-in or waking night member of staff 7 days a week. Additional support hours can be added too. Our shared houses offer fully furnished rooms with shared facilities including kitchen, bathrooms, and sitting room. This package is intended to enable young people to progress towards living in their own accommodation.

Package 2

24 hours 1-2-1 support with accommodation

This is a bespoke package with wraparound intensive support and a trained team member available 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young person. This package aims to support the young person to reengage with life and enable them to progress onto to semi-independence, before achieving full independence later on.

Package 3

Semi-Independent living with floating support

Community-based accommodation services with floating resettlement support, the young person will be placed in their own studio apartment or flat, and will be supported with a minimum of 5 hours of floating support per week to achieve the aim of the young person moving to independence. Additional support hours can be added to this package.

Package 4

Parent and child supported placement

This includes one to one support and a personalised support plan. A safe, nurturing and inspiring environment with support staff available daily, this package includes 15 hrs a week support. A wide range of fun social activities to get involved in with your baby or young child. Opportunities to learn about childcare and development, if your child is eligible for two- or three-year nursery funding we will support you to gain a place at a local nursery. We will ensure that you register with the GP and ensure you are supported by the health visiting service. This service is available for young people 16 – 25 with children 0 -5. Additional support hours can be added to this package.
